Can laundry make you smile? Well, yes it can.
My mailman brought a most wonderful package to my home this past week. It happened to arrive exactly on my birthday and since I was on vacation I was home to receive it immediately upon delivery. I was ever so surprised because I wasn’t expecting a package. Aren’t those the best kind?
Once I saw the return address of a fellow blogger ( Paulette at Cheerful Thrifty Door) I just knew I would need my camera before opening the package. That’s what happens to you when you become a blogger. Read along and you’ll see why.
I opened the padded envelope to find this sweetly wrapped item inside.

Don’t you love the baker’s twine wrapped around this very thoughtful paper?
The anticipation was great. It takes a lot of self-control to take these pictures instead of ripping into the unwrapping to see what treasure awaits.
